Scheduling
Advance booking is important to ensure that our spa coordinator can schedule your service(s) on a day that is convenient to you, especially with large groups. Consider scheduling your next appointment before you leave the spa.

Check-In
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. All services have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to remain on schedule.

Cancellation Policy
A Simple Touch Day Spa requires a 24 hour cancellation for all single services. For multiple services, a 48 hour notice is required. All multiple services or group services are reserved with a client credit card number. A 25% fee will be charged to the credit card without appropriate notice. If the vacated time can be filled, there will be no charge. 100% of the service will be charged for no-show appointments. Please understand that your therapist has reserved this time especially for you and gets paid on a per-service basis.

Children
We ask that no children be in the facility without an appointment.

Cell Phones and Pagers
We at A Simple Touch Day Spa want to create a relaxing experience for all of our clients. We would greatly appreciate it if all pagers and cell phones be turned off before entering the spa.

Communication
Be sure to let our spa coordinator and your therapist know any preferences that you might have. Let them know the kind of pressure that you prefer and any areas that you might want them to focus on. Feel free to ask questions. The spa coordinator or your therapist will be more than happy to help you in any way that they can.

Health Issues
Please advise us of any illness, injury or change in your health status prior to your treatment. We at A Simple Touch Day Spa are very concerned for the well being of all of our clients.

Tipping
Tips are not required or expected but they are appreciated. Average tipping is 10% to 20%.

Valuables
In order to avoid worries and stress, please leave all jewlery and valuables
at home.

Gift Certificates
All gift certificates will expire one year from the date of the purchase. They are non-refundable.
